Podcasts

Conversations about language, identity and belonging – with researchers, practitioners and people with lived experience.

Language influences almost every part of our lives, yet important questions about it rarely come up in everyday conversation. The Babel Bureau podcast provides a platform to explore some of these questions.

Each episode is based on a conversation with a researcher, practitioner or individual with first-hand experience of multilingualism. Topics include language policy, migration and integration, endangered languages, multilingual education, language attitudes, and the relationship between language and identity.

The podcast is intended for anyone interested in languages.
